How is brokerage charged?
Brokerage is agreed with you in writing before we bring any buyer to your floor. There is no charge for a price check.
Do you check my papers too?
Yes. Before listing, our property lawyer reviews the title chain, freehold conversion, sanctioned plan and dues. Clearing small gaps early helps you sell faster and at a better price.
Where do your buyers come from?
Our private WhatsApp list, this website, and a network of families looking within West Delhi. Every buyer is screened for budget before a visit.
How long will it take?
